Detonix

Privacy

Updated on 1 November 2026.

Detonix does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, ads, usage analytics or tracking, and it does not connect to the internet.

What stays on your device

Games in progress, records, statistics, Daily results, your progress in Expedition, Xit and Crossing, and your settings are saved in the app's own storage on this device, and only Detonix reads them. iCloud or Mac backups copy them like any other app's data, if you turned backups on: Detonix has no sync of its own. You can delete them in Settings, under Data, or by deleting the app.

What leaves, only when you ask

“Export data” makes a file with your saves and hands it to the share sheet: you decide where it goes. “Share” in the Daily sends a short text with the day, outcome, mistakes and time to the app you pick, without giving the field away. “Import data” reads only the file you choose.

No network, no third parties

Detonix works fully offline: it has no servers, uses no other company's services and contains no advertising or analytics tools. It asks for no permissions: no camera, location, contacts or notifications.

Apple

Downloads and updates go through the App Store, under Apple's privacy policy. If you chose in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us crash reports and aggregate statistics that do not identify you.

Children

Detonix collects no data from anyone, so none from children either.

Changes

If a future version ever handled data differently, for example with an online leaderboard, this policy would change first, and the app would tell you before sending anything.
